You know, as I've been talking to or reading communications from people, I've realized that it seems like February has been a difficult month for many of the people I know and love. I don't know if it's been unusually so or it's just been the severity or what. As I was sitting at my computer last night, I was really feeling weighed down by the many cares and concerns. For me, life has generally been good and easy so I wasn't really sure what to do with all this. I just want to share the verses that God brought to my mind:
"Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." James 1:2-4
It's not easy and gives no concrete answers for the problem at hand but it does assure us that God is in control and has our perfection in mind!
